Leavenworth

Leavenworth is nestled in the eastern slopes of the Cascade Mountains in central Washington. The quaint town has made itself over as a complete Bavarian village. Shops featuring quality arts and crafts line the busy streets, and the many restaurants feature excellent authentic German cuisine. "They've actually out Bavaria'ed Bavaria!" said one visitor. Or as another put it, "Ach, du Leberknoedlsuppe!"
